A new boatyard concept is presented here that incorporates a vision of new maritime technology as well as tradtional commercial, private and wooden boat haulouts.

The new boatyard would feature:

• remote unmanned undersea autonous vehicle tec center

• one and two-story low cost prefab warehouse structures to promote affordable work spaces

• floating home construction and repair facility

• both high capacity winch and lower capacity travel-lift

• floating dormitory housing for Spaulding apprentices and Matthew Turner crew

• 3-phase 600 amp 220 volt power

• floating home/concrete barge construction and repair complex

• dock for weekend fish sales

• maritime technology center

• vocational training center

• electric boat sales/service​
